When will my order ship?
All in-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days via USPS MAIL. BUT fulfillment has been backed up due to COVID, so wait times may be longer than normal. You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. It may take some time for the post office to scan and receive it. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Contact us and we will replace those items.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International orders are shipped via the postal service to Canada and Mexico. You may incur import duties or other customs fees depending on your country of residence. We can’t keep track of these, and are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs. If you do not see your country available in the shipping options, please send us an email and we can most likely add it.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We want your fully satisfied with your purchase. All unworn items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at returns@easyshoppinghomellc.com for return instructions and a return label.
Customers are responsible for return shipping on returned items.

Any item can be returned or exchanged do to damaged during shipping.

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

No account associated with email address?
If the password reset says there’s no account with the email you entered, try again with any other email addresses you have.

Note: There are a few ways to sign up e.g. with your email, phone number. Try logging in with these to find your account.

PayPal help
To make sure a PayPal payment works:
Check the country registered on your PayPal account matches the country set in your ESH account.
Make sure your PayPal account is verified. Check out PayPal’s help site for more info.

Still not working?
Wait a few days and try again, or try in a private/incognito window (there might’ve been a temporary connection problem).
Try a different payment method.

How do I make a purchase?
To place an order, make sure you are logged in to your ESH account or create a new account.
Next, search for the items you would like to order. Use the search bar at the top of the page to search for products. Or, click on the menu below the logo to browse different categories. Click on a product to see more details. To add the product to your cart, click on the button that says “Add to Cart.”
After you add something to your cart, you can keep shopping or check out. To check out, click on the button that says “Proceed to Checkout.” While you’re shopping, you can always click the cart in the upper right corner of your screen to view your shopping cart or proceed to checkout.
On the checkout page, add or select your shipping address. At this time, we only ship within the contiguous U.S, Canada and Mexico. Next, add your select your payment method. Before you place your order, review the items in your cart. Any discounts or promotions will be reflected in your Order Total. When you’re ready, click the button that says “Place Order.” We’ll send you an email confirming your order.
Why is my credit card not working?
If you’re having trouble with your credit card, make sure the billing address matches the address on file with your credit card and/or bank. Enter the name and credit card number exactly the way you see it on the card. Before you place your order, add the CVV, a 3-digit code found on the back of your card.
Where's my refund?
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient. It may take time before your bank posts your refund.
Do you wholesale?
Yes, we do provide wholesale, please submit your inquiry to wholesale@easyshoppinghomellc.com.
Why I need to verify email address?
For security, we sometimes ask you to verify your email address.
Tap SEND EMAIL when the app asks you to verify and we’ll send a verification link to the email address registered to your EHS account.
Old email address?
If the email address registered to your ESH account is old, or you’ve lost access to it, tap email address to update it.
Didn’t get the email?
Check your spam/junk folders, or any other filtered folders.

Who will be delivering my order?

We ship via USPS and other premium carriers to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.

When will my payment method be charged?
Your payment method will be charged automatically on the date the order is shipped. As soon as you place your order, you may see a pending charge for the total amount of the order. The pending charge will disappear 24 to 48 hours after your order ships. There’s no need to call or update anything online.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
